The small key symbol containing the number 28 on the caseback interior is the official Geneva master-casemaker hallmark for Ateliers Réunis SA. They were Patek Philippe’s premier casemaker, responsible for crafting some of the brand's most celebrated cases—including the iconic 1976 Nautilus Ref. 3700. During this era, master goldsmiths individually finished the dial and bracelet so that the textured, organic light-play on the hammered dial flowed continuously into the woven metal bracelet. A silver/rhodium dial finished in a heavy, hand-embossed pebble / hammered texture (mirroring the bark-weave of the bracelet). It is kept strictly minimalist with four applied blackened baton hour markers at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock and needle hands. The /1 suffix stamped on the caseback (3571 1) designates this piece as leaving the manufacture on an integrated, factory 18kt white gold textured mesh/bark bracelet featuring an 18kt gold Patek Philippe fold-over clasp.
